Buy online from Costumes R Us! If you are based in Singapore, you can either pick it up from our shop house at 10 Jalan Uji 678364 Singapore (off Upper Bukit Timah Road behind the Rail Mall) or we can also send it to you via courier (Delivery charges apply).

We are also supplying made to order costumes to Performance Art Schools like www.kidsperforming.com.

Check out some of the pictures of the Kids Performing for Hope Concert 2009, wherein we supplied costumes to almost 100 kids who danced, sang and acted on stage last June 2009.

Goods Return / Exchange
• All good(s) sold are non-refundable, unless due to manufacturing / tailoring defects.
• “NO-FIT” Exchange Policy - should the good(s) be unable to fit due to size or manufacturer’s defects, you may send it back to us for exchange for another size within 7 days.
• If no suitable replacements are available, you may exchange for another item of the same value. There will be no refund for fall below exchange amount. You will also need to top up any higher value.
• In the event, the exchange cannot be fulfilled, we will retain your purchased value as eDollar for exchange as and when any suitable replacements you deem exchangeable.
• There is no expiry on “NO-FIT” Exchange eDollars
Payment
• We accept payment via PayPal or Local Bank Transfer.
• Upon submitting your online purchase,
• We will send you a confirmation email. Please do not proceed with any payment until you received the confirmation email from us.
• Pay vial PayPal - you will need a PayPal account. All PayPal payments are to be made to costumesrus@live.com
• Pay via Local Bank Transfer - simply make all payments to our POSB Savings account 107-41785-0
• All payments must be made within the next 3 days. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled.
• Upon successful payment, kindly email us at costumesrus@live.com to inform us of the successful transaction.
• Once the transaction has been verified, we will send you an email and proceed with your order.
• The delivery leadtime is subjected to your choice of delivery method (please see below).
• You will also receive a purchase receipt from us via email.

Local Delivery
• By Post
o All listed prices includes normal postage, stamps and materials. This will take 1-2 working days to reach you.
o We will not be responsible for items lost in the mail.
o For registered mail, please add $2.50 more.
• By Personal / Courier Delivery
o For purchases $150 nett and above, you may arrange with us to have your purchase delivered to you personally at the below timing:
 Weekdays from 8pm to 10pm
 Weekends and Public Holidays from 10am to 10pm
o If you would like to have your purchase delivered to you personally during office hours, you may opt for our courier service at $10 more.


International Delivery
• We use Speedpost for all international delivery.

• However, international delivery is based on the weight of your purchase. International delivery leadtime and charges can only be confirmed upon the confirmation of your purchase.
